The Arlen Ness Lowliner is one of Victory’s newest V Twin creation. These Arlen Ness Bikes are powered with the help of a 106″ cu. engine which has cylinder heads and diamond cut cylinders. This motor cycle also features the Arlen Ness badges and side covers. It was designed specially for the Arlen Ness cruiser which has 23″ front as well as 20″ rear wheels of Ness Billet. They also come in four different choices of design.
